R.O.S visa for Ukrainians

ROS visa for Ukrainians

The Australian Government is offering permanent residency to Ukrainian nationals holding subclass 786 Temporary (Humanitarian Concern) visas. Eligible individuals will receive invitations to apply for the subclass 851 Resolution of Status (RoS) visa, granting permanent residency with access to social security, the National Disability Insurance Scheme, higher education assistance, and the opportunity to sponsor family members.

Priority is given to those with imminent visa expirations, Year 12 students, and individuals with compelling circumstances. Applicants must await an invitation before applying and ensure their contact details are current in ImmiAccount. The Department of Home Affairs will manage the process, including health, character, and security assessments, with no application fee for the RoS visa
