Terms & Conditions
Legal and Regulatory
Use of Website and Services
- Immigroo Legal (hereafter ‘we’, ‘us’) provides services under these terms and conditions. Your use of this website or purchase of any service from us implies your acceptance of these terms.
Code of Conduct
- Under Australian law, only a registered migration agent, exempt person, or legal practitioner can provide migration advice. A legal practitioner is defined as a lawyer holding an Australian legal practising certificate (whether restricted or unrestricted) issued under the law of an Australian state or territory. Legal practitioners are authorised to provide immigration assistance in connection with their legal practice and do not need to be registered with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA).
- Our Principal Lawyer at Immigroo Legal holds an unrestricted practising certificate and LPN 5513115. The Australian Legal Practitioner Number (LPN) serves as a unique identifier for lawyers providing immigration assistance within Australia. We operate under strict professional and ethical standards to ensure the highest level of service in all client interactions.
Our Service
- We offer customised migration assistance to meet the diverse needs of our clients. Our services may vary based on individual requirements. You agree to provide clear instructions to your migration agent or legal practitioner and notify us of any special requests related to your case. We reserve the right to refuse instructions that are illegal or unethical.
Additional Services
- While we specialise in migration advice, we may provide general guidance related to taxation, business, education, or investment. However, these services are supplementary and should not be relied upon as core services.
Payment of Service
- By using our service, you agree to pay any applicable fees. All professional fees are subject to a 10% GST. Our service fees do not cover costs related to the immigration process, such as government visa charges, language tests, skills assessments, or medical exams. We are not liable for these costs. Once payment is received, you are considered to have engaged our services, and payments are non-refundable. Service fees may be adjusted without prior notice, except for clients under an active agreement with stipulated fees. If government fees change during the course of your case, you are responsible for paying the updated amount.
Guarantee of Visa
- We commit to handling your case with the highest professional standards, doing all that is ethically and reasonably possible to achieve favourable outcomes. We do not mislead clients regarding their case’s prospects. We cannot be held accountable for legislative or policy changes that occur after the service has been provided or for publicly unavailable information. Our advice depends on the complete and accurate information provided by you, and we are not liable for inaccuracies due to misleading or incomplete details provided by you. Immigroo Legal is not part of the Australian Government and does not have the authority to issue visas. The final decision on all visa applications is made by the Department of Home Affairs or relevant review tribunals.
Provision of Information
- Providing personal information is essential for us to offer accurate migration advice. You agree to promptly supply any requested documents or information for your case. Inform us immediately if you are unable to provide certain information so that alternative arrangements can be made. We rely on the information you provide and will not independently verify its accuracy. Inaccurate or incomplete information may affect the quality of our advice.

We do not provide any express or implied warranties regarding the content. Your use of the site is at your own risk. We do not guarantee that the website, server, or emails are free of errors or harmful components. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this site, including direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
Limitation of Liability
- Where liability cannot be excluded, Immigroo Legal, its directors, employees, consultants, and partners limit liability to the cost of services provided. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the client must indemnify Immigroo Legal, its employees, agents, and related entities against any liabilities, including legal costs, except those resulting from our negligence or default.
Privacy Policy
- We collect personal information to provide accurate migration advice. Any information you share with us, whether online or in person, will be securely stored. All client details are treated with confidentiality. We use personal information to conduct business, provide services, comply with legal obligations, and improve our offerings. Review our Privacy Policy for more details on how we manage client data.
Disputes
- We aim for client satisfaction. If you encounter any issues, please inform us, and we will attempt to resolve them promptly. Any disputes related to our services will be subject to confidential arbitration in Brisbane, Australia, following procedures outlined by the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA). Arbitration decisions are binding and enforceable in court. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no arbitration under this agreement will be combined with any other proceeding.
